Secure file transfer for IT support teams
Logs, configs, forensic captures — moved securely.
secureeu.eu helps IT support teams send and receive technical files through encrypted, expiring links. End users click and upload, no account, no agent install.
The Problem
Why it support teams need a better way to share files
IT teams need to exchange large, often sensitive technical files: log bundles, packet captures, configuration backups, sometimes forensic images. Most ticketing systems cap attachment sizes, and asking end users to install another tool isn't realistic.
Log bundles and pcap files too big for ticketing systems
End users sending screenshots and dumps over insecure email
Vendors asking for diagnostic bundles via FTP or random cloud links
Forensic captures requiring stricter handling
Limited time to set up dedicated secure channels per case

How It Works
Three steps. Totally private.
Create a secure link
Drop the file into your browser. It's encrypted with AES-256 on your device before it ever leaves.
Send or receive files
Share the link by email, chat or your portal. The recipient clicks and downloads — no signup, no app.
Files are protected and expire
Choose an expiry of 1–30 days, optionally add a password and download limit. After expiry the file is permanently deleted.

Why it support teams choose secureeu.eu
Get rid of email size limits for log bundles and dumps
One receive link per ticket — easier to track than email threads

Trust & Security
We can't read your files. By design.
Browser-side encryption
Files are encrypted with AES-256-GCM in your browser via the WebCrypto API, before they leave your device.
Privacy-first design
The decryption key sits in the URL fragment, which browsers never send to servers. We technically cannot read your files.
No unnecessary accounts
Senders and recipients don't need to create profiles. Adoption across teams and external parties is friction-free.
Expiring links
Choose a retention window of 1–30 days, or revoke any link at any time. Files are permanently deleted on expiry.
EU-hosted, GDPR-conscious
Files are stored on Hetzner infrastructure in Germany / Finland. The platform is designed with GDPR in mind: minimal data collection, short retention, and no transfer of stored files to non-EU regions.
